Clinics run on paper, WhatsApp and a spreadsheet.
The appointment is in a notebook, the x-ray is on a phone, the balance is in someone’s head. Nothing talks to anything, and the month ends with a count that never quite matches.

The software that exists was made far away.
English first, card payments only, a currency that isn’t yours, and no idea what a receptionist in Damascus actually does at nine in the morning.

So we built the one we wanted.
One system in Arabic and English, where every part knows about the others. Cash is normal. Owners see the whole picture, dentists see their own statement, and your data stays yours.
Everything connected
One record, every department.
A completed treatment appears on the chart and on the next invoice. A payment updates the dentist’s statement. A received lab order becomes what you owe the lab. Stock falls when anaesthetic is used. Nothing is typed twice.

Every patient, tooth by tooth
Arabic and Latin names side by side, allergies and alerts that cannot be missed, and a chart that records findings as events: a correction is a new entry, never an erased one. Images attach to the tooth they belong to.

Book in seconds, see the week, confirm, check in, complete. Overlaps are refused by the system itself, so two patients can never hold the same chair.

Draft, post, collect. Installments, credits and refunds. Every entry is double-entry, so what the reports say is exactly what the documents say.

Keeps working when the internet doesn’t.
Install OxyFlows on the clinic’s computers. When the connection drops, reception keeps booking, dentists keep charting and the accountant keeps invoicing, on an encrypted copy of the clinic’s records. When it comes back, everything syncs on its own.

Do I need an internet connection?
In the browser, yes. The Windows app keeps working for up to 30 days without one and syncs on its own when the connection returns.
Can I bring my existing patients?
Yes. Import them from an Excel or CSV file; it takes minutes, not weeks.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Frankfurt, Germany, in the European Union. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups.
Who can see my patients’ records?
Only your clinic’s staff, each within their role. Our team can open your clinic only with your time-limited permission, and every such access is logged.
Does it work in Arabic?
Fully: a right-to-left interface, Arabic and Latin names side by side, and emails in the reader’s language. Each person picks their own language.
Can I leave and take my data?
Yes. Export everything, every record and every uploaded file, at any time.
Which currency?
Each clinic sets its own. Amounts are kept exact to the smallest unit, and cash is a first-class payment method.
